Opening in the NYC of Australia, Annie now plays in Melbourne’s Princess Theatre from July 10th through until the end of October before launching to Brisbane.
The stellar cast is led by Anthony Warlow as Oliver “Daddy” Warbucks and Debora Krizak as Miss Hannigan. Rising star Mackenzie Dunn plays Lily St. Regis, Keanu Gonzalez steps into the role of “Rooster” Hannigan, while Amanda Lea LaVergne plays Grace Farrell and, in his musical theatre debut, former Wiggle Greg Page is President Roosevelt. The three gifted young performers who will share the titular role of Annie are Dakota Chanel, Isabella Hayden and Lilleth McIntosh.

It’s not the first time we’ve seen Mackenzie Dunn and Keanu Gonzalez pair together in an iconic duo; their most recent appearances as Rizzo and Kenickie in GREASE, also brought to Australia by Crossroads Live in 2023.

With its iconic score featuring classics like It’s the Hard-Knock Life, Easy Street and Tomorrow, Broadway favourite Annie is truly a timeless masterpiece, with a book and score written by Tony Award winners Thomas Meehan, Charles Strouse and Martin Charnin.
This is also a return season from Anthony Warlow in the role of Oliver Warbucks; his most recent time performing this character in Australia back in 2012.
Original Yellow Wiggle, Mr Greg Page debuts in his first Musical Theatre appearance, taking on the role of President Franklin D. Roosevelt. His stage time is limited, though his performance packs a punch, with a heartfelt contribution to the iconic song “Tomorrow”; The sun will come out tomorrow!
The remainder of the ensemble is made up of Luke Alleva, Cameron Boxall, Tim Brown, Emily Casey, Nakita Clarke, Andrew Dunne, Sebastian Johnston, Anna Mallows, Chloe Marshall, Kristina McNamara, Tom New, Ryan Ophel, Madeline Pratt, Lisa Sontag, Suzanne Steele, and Dean Vince.
And the Children ensemble consist of Elliana Anastasi, Sofia Arnup, Nevaeh Bangit, Bibiana Brudan, Mia Calabrese, Savannah Callus, Lila Colombi, Leah Cooper, Zoe Desmier, Lola Duffie, Mila Hourmouzis, Sophie Isaac, Natasha Kirkham, Ava Kroussoratis, Marli Lee, Eliana Livoti, Quinn Manton, Grace McConnell, Stella Partridge, Harper Pasco, Willow Skidmore, and Calliope Xintavelonis.
